The Mission

A year-long deep dive into Stoic philosophy, attempting to apply ancient wisdom to modern engineering leadership.

Why this Project?

I found myself reacting emotionally to software outages. I wanted to build an “Inner Citadel” that could withstand the chaos of modern tech leadership.
